Refund & Return Policy — VIN Pro Check
At VIN Pro Check, we provide digital vehicle history reports. Since our reports are instantly delivered digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been accessed or downloaded.
No Physical Delivery Required All reports are delivered digitally. No shipping or physical delivery is involved.
Report Delivery Time Your vehicle history report will be delivered within 30 minutes to 2 hours after your purchase is confirmed.
Refund Eligibility We will issue a refund only if:
- The report was never delivered within 2 hours of purchase
- A technical error occurred on our end preventing report generation
- A duplicate charge was made for the same VIN
No Refund In These Cases:
- Report was successfully delivered and accessed
- Incorrect VIN was entered by the customer
- Customer changed their mind after accessing the report
