ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using VINProCheck ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this Service.

These Terms are governed by:
— The Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45)
— The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001
— The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), 18 U.S.C. § 1030

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

VINProCheck is an independent vehicle intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available vehicle history data from official U.S. government databases including NHTSA, NMVTIS, FBI NCIC, NICB, FMCSA, EPA, and all 50 state DMV systems.

We provide this aggregated data in the form of a compiled PDF report delivered to your email within 24 working hours of purchase.

NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY

VINProCheck is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, operated by, or connected to any U.S. federal or state government agency. All government data referenced is publicly available under federal law.

PERMITTED USE

You may use VINProCheck solely for:
— Personal vehicle purchase due diligence
— Legal pre-purchase vehicle research
— Business fleet verification (commercial license required for bulk use)

PROHIBITED USE

You may NOT use VINProCheck to:
— Stalk, harass, or surveil any individual
— Commit fraud or identity theft
— Violate the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA), 18 U.S.C. § 2721
— Resell or redistribute report data without written authorization
— Scrape, harvest, or automate data requests

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of service and referral to federal law enforcement under 18 U.S.C. § 1030 (CFAA).

ACCURACY OF DATA

All data provided by VINProCheck is sourced from official U.S. government databases. However, we make no warranty that government records are complete, accurate, or up to date. Government database coverage may vary by state and jurisdiction.

Per 49 U.S.C. § 30501 (NMVTIS), not all states report title brands uniformly. VINProCheck is not liable for omissions in government records.

NO WARRANTY

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FEDERAL LAW, VINPROCHECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VEHICLE PURCHASE DECISIONS MADE BASED ON REPORT DATA.

ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for digital report products once the order is placed and processing has begun. This policy is consistent with digital goods provisions under federal consumer protection law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The VINProCheck platform, design, branding, and compiled report format are proprietary. Government-sourced data remains in the public domain per federal law.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and applicable federal statutes. Any disputes shall be resolved in federal court.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
