DELIVERY METHOD

VINProCheck delivers all vehicle history reports electronically as PDF documents via email. No physical products are shipped. This service is governed by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act), 15 U.S.C. § 7001.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Standard delivery: Within 24 working hours of order placement
Maximum delivery: Within 48 working hours

Working hours are defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding federal holidays as designated by 5 U.S.C. § 6103.

DELIVERY PROCESS

Step 1 — Order Placed: Your VIN and contact information are logged in our federal processing system
Step 2 — Database Research: Your VIN is submitted to all applicable U.S. government databases
Step 3 — Report Compilation: All retrieved records are compiled into a structured PDF with full source citations
Step 4 — Quality Review: Report is reviewed for completeness before delivery
Step 5 — Email Delivery: PDF report delivered to the email address provided at checkout

EMAIL DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

To ensure successful delivery:
— Provide a valid, active email address at checkout
— Add vinprocheck.reports@gmail.com to your contacts or safe senders list
— Check your spam/junk folder if report is not received within 24 hours

VINProCheck is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
— Incorrect email address entered at checkout
— Full or inactive email inboxes
— Spam filters blocking our delivery email
— Email provider outages

REPORT FORMAT

All reports are delivered as:
— Format: PDF (Adobe Portable Document Format)
— Compatibility: All devices and operating systems
— Size: Varies by vehicle history depth (typically 5–40 pages)

RE-DELIVERY

If your report is not received within 48 hours contact:

Include your order number in all correspondence.

Re-delivery is provided at no charge for non-receipt due to our error.
